Getting started
How does the free trial work?
Your first edit is free. Send one video and your editor starts. No card needed.
How do I sign in?
Go to Content Studio, enter your email and type the 6-digit code we send you.
What do I set up first?
Your contact details, business, social profiles, and then your first project. It takes a few minutes.
Projects
How do I send a new project?
Sign in to Content Studio, open FrameLab and request a project. Upload footage or paste a link, then pick your blueprint and length.
How many projects run at once?
Starter edits 1 at a time, Growth 2 and Scale 3. Send as many requests as you want; they start as soon as a slot opens.
What do the project stages mean?
Queue: waiting for a slot. Active: being edited. Review: ready for you. Revisions: your editor is making changes. Approved: done.
Reviewing in FrameLab
How do I leave notes?
Type a note at any second, right-click the picture to pin one, draw on the frame, or record a voice or video note.
How do I approve?
Click Approve, rate the edit and confirm. The project turns green.
Where are my final files?
Download every version from the Storage tab on the project.
Plans and billing
How do I change or cancel my plan?
Message us in StudioChat and we will sort it out.
My payment failed. What now?
Message us and we will get it sorted. We also retry automatically.
Are revisions really unlimited?
Yes. Ask for changes until it is right. Revisions never cost extra.
