You are able to share a silver or gold subscription with one other user to help optimize your subscription each month.

One person signs up for the subscription, and whoever is joining as the other user will get added manually to the shared subscription.

Content Bug can create any project idea you have in mind! That’s talking head videos, interviews, tutorials, podcasts, ads, course videos, repurposed live videos and much more.

We do have some limitations:

• Anything UNDER 3 minutes is considered short form

• Anything OVER 3 minutes is considered long form

Other than that we’d be glad to take a chance and edit what you ask us.

After you subscribe, you get access to our custom engineered project management system, where you can submit your video project requests. To ease the process, we have a Golden Standard Form with pre-defined answers for you to complete quickly (can be finished in minutes). This will let us know exactly how you want your videos edited, it will also prevent you from having to give the same instructions on each video project submission. In case you want to try something different with a project, you will always have the option to submit additional project instructions.

As soon as your project is ready, you’ll receive an email notification to review and leave feedback on the first video draft. After the first few projects with your designated editor(s), they will have your exact style dialed in.

To make sure the consistency stays the same with each project, we do not rotate projects between editors, you will have the same editor(s) working on all your projects.When you feel satisfied with the video, you can approve it and download it at anytime. If there are revisions needed, our system allows you to easily leave notes/feedback on the project.

In your first week with us, our expert editors will dial in your unique content style which is usually your first 2-3 projects on average.

Once you sign up, you will fill out your unique "golden standard" onboarding form which lets us know exactly what fonts, colors, themes, transitions, pngs, themes, editing styles, and more that you would like for us to incorporate into your edits. There is also a section on the golden standard that allows you to give examples from other creators that you would like for us to re-create.

Working with Content Bug means you will have professional grade editors and management handling your projects. Unlike most Upwork or Fiverr editors, we deliver your projects on time and with minimal revisions.

As for hiring.

All our editors go through a multi level hiring process to assure we only recruit seasoned editors. They are then trained to the high standard we set for our staff, and managed in house to assure your projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.

No, only cancel, in which case you will lose your editors and grandfathered rate.

We don't do refunds or pauses since we are unable to hold editors on reserve.

Yes.

To make sure your style stays consistent across your content, you will have the same short and long form editor(s) working on all your projects.

Our editors are hired, trained, and managed in-house. Each editor is hand selected from the top 3% of talent in the industry.

We only use the best assets available when it comes to B-Roll, animations, pngs, sounds effects, background music, and more.

Yep!

Our Gold subscription comes with thumbnail creation for all your videos and post management across all your socials so you never miss a post.

Of course!

We'll rebuild our systems and backend with your company's branding and increase current subscription prices by 10-15%. This way you make recurring passive income each month. Book a call with us for more info!

Your delivery time is based on the subscription you are signed up for. Feel free to submit your projects in bulk each month or one by one as they come, whichever is easiest for you!

We will deliver one project at a time, and once the first draft is submitted to you for approval we will begin work on the next project in line to keep things moving.

We do not deliver projects in bulk, unless you are on a customized plan.

On average these are the estimated project counts per month for each subscription based on the last 2 years of our client data.
