Yes. Real, professional editors build every edit to the style you set — not a one-click template.

Our editors are hired and trained in-house under Content Bug — not random freelancers. We recruit them, train them, and oversee their work, so quality and style stay consistent across every edit.

Our team works core hours of 9 AM–6 PM, Monday through Friday. Weekends aren’t mandatory, but many of our editors choose to work them anyway — so your projects often keep moving over the weekend too. And our managers are always reachable by message for any question — about your edits, your account, or billing.

Our editors edit in Adobe Premiere Pro, the industry standard, and Content Bug covers the full cost of all editing software and premium assets — you never pay a dime for any of it. We invest in the best tools so you don’t have to. That’s more money back in your pocket to focus on creating content consistently, while we handle turning it into finished videos.

You build a quick style blueprint — your cut speed, captions, music, b-roll, overlays, sound effects, and more. We save it and apply it to your footage, so every edit comes back in your style without re-explaining it each time.

Every plan includes all 3 edit tiers — you pick the tier per project.

Anything 2 minutes or under is short-form. Anything over 2 minutes is long-form.

Each long-form edit covers up to 12 minutes of finished video:

• Up to 12 min = 1 long-form edit
• 12:01–24:00 = 2
• 24:01–36:00 = 3

You can request unlimited revisions and submit as many projects as you want, and every plan includes unlimited short-form requests. Long-form edits are capped per month by plan:

• Basic — 4/month
• Growth — 8/month
• Gold — 12/month

You work on one project at a time — the next kicks off the moment your current edit is done. So the real pacing comes down to turnaround, not request limits.

Turnaround varies based on your raw footage and the size of the finished video — but we give you solid estimated turnaround times up front. We’re editing for hundreds of clients across all kinds of niches and content styles, so we know how to keep it moving.

Short-form (under 2 min): Tier 1 & Tier 2 1 business day · Tier 3 2 business days.

Long-form by tier — timer starts when your project becomes Active: Tier 1 2 business days · Tier 2 3 business days · Tier 3 5 business days.

Yes — unlimited revisions. When your edit comes back, you watch the draft, leave notes pinned right on the video, and request changes until it’s exactly what you want.
