What does unlimited mean?
You can submit unlimited project requests and unlimited revisions. Finished edits each month depend on your plan, the length of each video and its tier.
How many finished videos do I get each month?
Starter: up to 5 Tier 3 long-form and/or 15 Tier 3 short-form edits a month. Growth doubles that and Scale triples it. Lighter tiers and shorter videos go further.
How fast do I get my videos back?
Short-form (under 2 min): Tier 1 & Tier 2 1 business day, Tier 3 2 business days. Long-form, timer starts when your project becomes Active: Tier 1 2 business days, Tier 2 3 business days, Tier 3 4 business days.
Who edits my videos?
Our editors are hired and trained in-house under Content Bug, not random freelancers. Only the top 3% of applicants edit for Content Bug.
Do I have to pay for editing software or assets?
No. Our editors edit in Adobe Premiere Pro, and Content Bug covers the full cost of all editing software and premium assets.
Can I request changes to my edit?
Yes, unlimited revisions. Watch the draft, leave notes pinned right on the video, and request changes until it’s exactly what you want.
