These Terms cover Content Bug’s website, editing services, Content Studio, Content Cloud, StudioChat, FrameLab, StudioGrid, StudioFlows, and related features and integrations. By purchasing or using services, you agree subject to non-waivable legal rights. Questions: [email protected].
1. Services and capacity
Starter, Growth and Scale allow one, two and three active projects at a time. Additional requests wait in your queue and start as soon as an active edit is delivered. A short-form video is under three minutes. Long-form capacity is measured in blocks of 3 to 15 minutes; longer videos use more than one block.
Monthly output figures shown on our website, pricing page and checkout (for example, up to 5 Tier 3 long-form or 15 Tier 3 short-form edits a month on Starter, doubled on Growth and tripled on Scale) are averages and estimates, not guarantees. Actual monthly output depends on video length, the tier of each edit, the number of revisions requested, the completeness of your footage and instructions, and how quickly you give feedback.
Unlimited means unlimited project requests and unlimited revisions. The number of finished, approved edits delivered each month is not unlimited; it is limited by your plan’s active-project capacity and the factors above. Unused capacity does not roll over to the next month.
Delivery times are estimates per active project: short-form two business days, long-form two, three or four business days for Tier 1, Tier 2 or Tier 3 per 3–15 minute block. They depend on complexity, workload, complete materials and feedback, and are not guaranteed deadlines.
By checking the box to agree to these Terms at checkout, you acknowledge that monthly output figures are averages, that approved edits are not unlimited, and that output depends on video length, edit tier and revisions.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are in USD. Monthly recurring plans cost Starter $750, Growth $1,450 and Scale $2,000. Six-month packages (pay for 5 months, get 1 free) cost $3,750, $7,250 and $10,000. Twelve-month packages (pay for 10 months, get 2 free) cost $7,500, $14,500 and $20,000, or the same total in 12 monthly payments. During a promotion, twelve-month packages may be offered at pay for 9 months, get 3 free ($6,750, $13,050 and $18,000). Prepaid packages are charged once up front. You authorize charges for the selected package and applicable fees. Keep billing details current and contact us about failed payments; non-payment may affect service access.
3. Cancellation, refunds, and pauses
Monthly plans renew automatically each month until canceled. Cancel by emailing [email protected] before the next charge, or through the client portal if available. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, with access continuing through that period. Subscriptions cannot be paused or frozen. Monthly billing continues even if you do not submit work until cancellation takes effect. Fees, including prepaid packages, are non-refundable for unused capacity, early cancellation, or lack of use, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Nothing here limits non-waivable statutory rights or remedies.
4. Your materials and finished work
You must have rights and permissions for submitted footage, music, branding, and other materials, and must not submit unlawful content. You authorize us to process those materials to provide services. Ownership of your original materials remains yours; rights in delivered work are subject to payment and any third-party licenses. You are responsible for reviewing final work before publication. We use finished work publicly in our portfolio only with permission. 5. Accounts, limitations, and responsibility
Keep access secure and use platforms lawfully. Content Bug and its licensors retain software, branding, and platform intellectual property; access grants no software ownership. Enabled integrations have separate terms and availability. Keep your own copies: permanent storage is not guaranteed. Services are provided as available, without warranties where legally permitted. Where permitted, we exclude consequential losses and cap liability at fees paid during the preceding three months. Non-waivable rights remain. You are responsible for claims arising from your materials or unlawful use.
6. Disputes and governing law
Contact us first to seek an informal resolution. Subject to applicable law, unresolved disputes follow individual arbitration under the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules, in Nashville, Tennessee or virtually at your election; individual small-claims and intellectual-property or unauthorized-access court exceptions remain available. Tennessee law applies, with Davidson County courts for matters outside arbitration, subject to mandatory applicable protections.
7. Updates and contact
